Whittingham silent after walk-through at stadium

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – After eating lunch and holding meetings at a nearby hotel, the Utah Utes arrived at Notre Dame Stadium for a walk-through practice Friday afternoon. They spent about 45 minutes at the historic facility, checking out their locker room and the field with family and invited guests. NBC was the only media allowed inside.
Before departing for team headquarters in Michigan City, 41 miles away, head coach Kyle Whittingham declined to speak with other reporters outside the stadium.
