Football camp: Day 5

Utah coach Kyle Whittingham said it was good to see the offense respond from a subpar showing on Monday. The offense shined in second-down and third-down drills Tuesday morning at the Ute Baseball Field.
It was the Utes’ first camp session in full gear.
“We got a lot of work done this morning,” Whittingham said. “It was a heavy work day.”
Standouts, he mentioned, include wide receiver DeVonte Christopher and defensive tackle Sealver Siliga. Whittingham also said the linebackers “continue to perform well.”
Utah’s first two-a-day is set for Wednesday.
