Utes add a new receiver

Reggie Dunn, a 5-foot-10, 175-pound wide receiver from Los Angeles, has signed an athletic financial agreement with the University of Utah. The highly touted athlete, who originally committed to Oregon State, graduates from Compton Community College next Thursday and will join the Utes as soon as all paperwork is complete.
“I’m looking forward to it,” said Dunn, who has three years of eligibility remaining. “Hopefully I can come in and contribute right away.”
Dunn led Verbum Dei High School to a CIF title in 2006 before signing with the Beavers. Academics, however, led to enrollment at Compton. He played there in 2008 (earning high praise from several recruiting services) and spent 2009 focusing on school work.
