Brown may be on injury list for Saturday's game

Injuries have plagued the Utah basketball team all season and the Utes may have to deal with a new injury for their game against LSU Saturday night in Baton Rogue.
Carlon Brown missed practice Thursday after a “procedure” on his right foot. Apparently the foot has been bothering him all season and coach Jim Boylen lists him as a “game-time decision” for Saturday night.
However, as I was leaving practice Thursday afternoon, I saw Brown out by the bus and asked him if he would play Saturday and he answered yes. That might not mean anything, however, since most players thinks they can play even when hurt.
The Utes are expecting Jay Watkins and David Foster to play Saturday. Watkins has missed six games because of abdominal injuries, while Foster missed a game and a half with a sprained ankle. Also Jason Washburn missed two games with a concussion after missing most of preseason practice with a knee injury.
The Utes arrived at their hotel shortly before the New Year after flying out Thursday afternoon to New Orleans and bussing up to Baton Rogue.
