The Utah men’s basketball team has concluded its two-hours-a-week practice schedule and will start its regular practice schedule Oct. 16 after taking a week off for fall break.
Carlon Brown has been looking good in practice after shaking off his various summer injuries, along with Kim Tillie, who has been the Utes’ best player all fall, according to coach Jim Boylen. Luka Drca, who spent his summer in Serbia working out with the national team, has also been looking good.
Sophomore Jace Tavita is back after sitting out a week with a sprained ankle. However, redshirt freshman Jason Washburn is still sitting out with the sprained knee he suffered a month ago. He is expected to return by the end of the this month.
