Misi is ready to go

Defensive end Koa Misi, who missed the Utah State game with a back injury, said he’s now 95-100 percent healthy and expects to play Saturday at San Jose State.
“I’m getting better every day. I’m taking more reps every day,” Misi explained after practice Wednesday. “I think I’m going to be ready to go.”
How ready?
“I’m hoping to play the whole game,” said the senior all-conference honoree. “I have a lot of family that’s going to be there.”
Utah coach Kyle Whittingham noted that Misi has had a good week of practice.
“He’s doing fine,” he said. “So we expect him to play.”
