Grim will miss games after foot surgery

Utah sophomore forward Morgan Grim could miss much of the rest of the regular season after having surgery on his left foot Thursday afternoon.
Grim suffered a stress fracture in a small bone on top of his foot earlier in the week and missed the BYU game on Tuesday. Grim had started the three previous games in place of Kim TIllie, who was out with a foot injury of his own.
While Grim is a solid player, his absence won’t affect the Utes that much. He has averaged just over 5 minutes per game playing in 14 games this season. He’s the 9th or 10th man on the team and the Ute rotation is getting shorter as the season goes along.
