Weatherman fumbles his forecast

So much for the snowy forecast. Although clouds have circled Laramie, the sun is shining and it feels kind of warm for 34 degrees. The ever-changing weather forecast as of now –an hour or so before kickoff — calls for a high temperature of 40 degrees with a 70 percent chance of rain by game’s end.
And by the way, the local weatherman has some snake oil, magical jelly beans and oceanfront property near Rock Springs for sale.
Go figure.
