Utes have a lot of respect for Air Force

Utah quarterback Brian Johnson had kind things to say about the Air Force Academy after Saturday’s 30-23 win over the Falcons. The conference rivalry has been tightly contested throughout the senior’s career.
“It’s the most classy game you can play. Guys are just out there competing, battling and trying hard to win,” Johnson said. “That’s what college football is all about. We respect those guys a ton for what they do not only on the field but off the field.”
Before the traditional singing of the school song in front of Utah fans who made the trip, the Utes stood behind the Falcons while they went through their postgame routine. It was a classy way to show their respect and support for the academy.
