Will upgraded Ute basketball schedule result in more fans?

The Utes finally released their non-conference basketball schedule and there were no surprises. As reported over the past couple of months, the Utes will play home games against Oregon, Cal, Gonzaga and LSU along with road games against Missouri State, Oklahoma and Mississippi in a three-day tournament in Florida.
It’s could be the most ambitious Ute home schedule ever, at least in three decades.
Utah plays Oregon Dec. 3, Cal Dec. 10, Gonzaga Dec. 31 and LSU Jan. 6.
Coach Jim Boylen says the main reason for playing the tougher schedule is to make his team better and prepare it for the Mountain West Conference schedule. He wishes the rest of the league would follow his lead and upgrade their schedules, which perhaps would aid the league in getting more NCAA at-large bids.
Boylen also acknowledged that he’s trying to please the fan base, which has demaded an upgraded schedule for some time now.
The question is, will more Utah fans buy season tickets or at least come out to more games with better teams to watch?
Will you?
