Another football commitment

Just got off the phone with C.J. Porter, a 6-foot-1, 185-pound wide receiver at Concord High School in California. Porter confirmed that he plans to sign a letter of intent with the Utes in February.
“I’m happy with my decision,” said Porter, who listed California, Oregon and UCLA as other schools showing interest.
Utah, he added, is “a nice school and everything” and has an environment he’s eager to join.
The Utes now have four early commitments for 2009.
